Bed2Bread™ is operated by Lavish Muse Enterprises LLC. By registering for, purchasing, submitting payment toward, or accessing any Bed2Bread™ product, program, course, training, accelerator, masterclass, community, or digital material, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all Bed2Bread™ offers, including but not limited to:

The Bed2Bread Free Live Masterclass ("The One Bed Away Method") and its encore
The VIP Ticket ($27)
The Script Pack & Encore Bundle ($13)
The Golden Key offer and the Bed2Bread Accelerator™
Kajabi Course Access
Skool Community Access
Any bonuses, templates, downloads, resources, trainings, coaching calls, or community materials

1. Program Access & Included Materials

Depending on the offer purchased, you may receive access to:

The live masterclass and, where offered, a time-limited encore
VIP Ticket materials, such as the First House Accelerator, the Document Kit, and the Script Pack
Digital training modules
Kajabi-hosted course materials
Community access via Skool
Templates, guides, worksheets, and downloads
Bonuses and additional educational resources
Live or pre-recorded trainings
Group coaching calls or accelerator sessions (if included in your specific offer)

Access levels vary by product and purchase type.

Bed2Bread reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or improve program content at any time without notice.

2. Free Live Masterclass, Encore & Golden Key

The masterclass is free. Seats are limited, and registering does not guarantee a seat in the live room.
The masterclass is held live. There is no standing recording. When we offer an encore, it is available for a limited time only (usually 72 hours) and then removed.
The Golden Key is a bonus worth $2,500, applied as a $2,500 discount toward the Bed2Bread coaching program offered at the end of the masterclass. It is only available to people who stay to the end of the live masterclass or the encore, and it expires on the deadline announced during the masterclass.
The Golden Key has no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other discounts unless we say so, and cannot be redeemed after it expires.
We may change the date, time, content, bonuses, or availability of the masterclass and the encore at any time.

3. Bed2Bread Accelerator™ Access Requirements

Access to the Bed2Bread Accelerator™ is conditional and NOT automatically granted upon payment.

Before receiving access to the Accelerator, participants may be required to:

Sign all required agreements and participation forms
Upload a valid government-issued photo ID
Verify identity and payment information
Complete all onboarding requirements
Remain in good standing financially

Failure to complete any required onboarding steps may result in delayed or denied access.

Bed2Bread reserves the right to refuse or revoke access at its sole discretion if onboarding requirements are not completed or if fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, or inappropriate activity is detected.

4. Deposit Payment Terms ($250 Deposit Option)

Certain Bed2Bread Accelerator™ offers may include a $250 deposit option.

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:

The $250 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
Your deposit reserves your enrollment spot only and does not include immediate program access
Full access to the Bed2Bread Accelerator™ will only be granted after the remaining balance has been paid in full, all required agreements have been signed, and identity verification requirements have been completed

The remaining balance must be completed within 30 days of your deposit payment date unless otherwise stated.

Automatic Weekly Payment Authorization. By submitting your deposit, you authorize Bed2Bread and its payment processors to automatically charge the card on file weekly for the remaining enrollment balance until the balance has been paid in full within the required 30-day payment period. You understand and agree that:

Weekly automatic charges will continue until the remaining balance is fully satisfied
Failed or declined payments may result in loss of your reserved enrollment status
Bed2Bread reserves the right to revoke founder pricing, Golden Key savings, bonuses, or enrollment eligibility for incomplete payments
Full Accelerator access will not be granted until all payment obligations have been completed in full

5. Payment Terms

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing, such as the 7-day guarantee described in Section 6.

The VIP Ticket ($27) and the Script Pack & Encore Bundle ($13) are one-time payments.

Payment plans and installment options for coaching programs may be provided through:

Affirm
Klarna
Afterpay
Stripe
Other third-party financing providers

You remain fully responsible for completing all payments associated with your selected payment plan or financing agreement.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

Immediate suspension or revocation of access
Removal from the community
Loss of bonuses or promotional pricing, including Golden Key savings
Collections activity where legally permitted

6. Refund Policy

7-Day Guarantee on the VIP Ticket and the Script Pack & Encore Bundle. If you don't feel you got at least 10X the value of your VIP Ticket ($27) or your Script Pack & Encore Bundle ($13), email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of that purchase.

All other purchases. Due to the digital nature of Bed2Bread™ programs, trainings, educational materials, downloadable resources, and instant-access content, ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL, including the Bed2Bread Accelerator™, coaching programs, and deposits.

For those purchases, no refunds, cancellations, charge reversals, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Failure to complete the program
Failure to attend trainings or calls
Failure to use the materials
Change of mind
Financial hardship
Lack of results
Technical issues outside our control
Inability to implement strategies
Removal from the community due to policy violations

By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital access constitutes fulfillment of the purchase.

7. Community Access (Skool)

Some offers may include complimentary or limited-time access to the Bed2Bread community hosted on Skool.

Community access may include:

Educational discussions
Accountability
Networking opportunities
Group support
Community resources

Community access durations vary by offer.

After any complimentary access period ends, continued access may require a separate paid membership.

Bed2Bread reserves the right to remove any member from the community or the live masterclass at any time, without refund, for:

Disrespectful behavior
Harassment
Spam or solicitation
Sharing confidential information
Misuse of community access
Violation of these Terms

8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All Bed2Bread™ materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

Videos, including the masterclass and the encore
Trainings
PDFs
Templates
Worksheets
Scripts
Strategies
Community discussions
Branding
Course structures
Frameworks, including The One Bed Away Method
Downloads
Calls and recordings

You agree NOT to:

Copy or reproduce materials
Share login credentials
Upload materials online
Record the masterclass or trainings without permission
Resell or redistribute content
Teach or recreate Bed2Bread materials as your own
Share confidential community discussions or member information

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in:

Immediate termination of access
Permanent removal from all Bed2Bread programs
Legal action where applicable

9. Educational Purpose Only

Bed2Bread™ provides educational information only.

We do NOT provide:

Legal advice
Financial advice
Tax advice
Medical advice
Guaranteed business consulting outcomes

You are solely responsible for:

Your business decisions
Legal compliance
Housing compliance
Licensing requirements
Financial decisions
Risk management
Implementation of strategies

You should consult licensed professionals regarding your individual situation.

10. No Income or Outcome Guarantees

Bed2Bread™ does not guarantee:

Income
Funding approvals
Housing placements
Business success
Client acquisition
Government approvals
Specific financial outcomes

Any testimonials, examples, student wins, or income claims shared, including figures such as "$5K/month," are examples only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

Results vary based on factors including:

Effort
Experience
Market conditions
Consistency
Decision-making
Execution

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing or submitting payment, you agree NOT to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal without first contacting support.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed:

Program access may be immediately revoked
Community access may be removed
Bonuses and materials may be disabled
You may become permanently ineligible for future Bed2Bread offers

We reserve the right to submit evidence of agreement acceptance, signed documents, ID verification, access logs, and onboarding records in response to disputes.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or participation in Bed2Bread™ programs shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, USA, and you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or jury trial where permitted by law.

12. Communication Consent

By registering or purchasing, you consent to receive:

Emails
SMS/text notifications, including your masterclass joining link
Program updates
Masterclass reminders
Marketing communications
Account notifications

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bed2Bread™, The Lavish Muse, its owners, affiliates, contractors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for:

Financial loss
Business loss
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Housing application outcomes
Business decisions made from training materials

Participation in Bed2Bread™ programs is voluntary and at your own risk.

14. Agreement Acknowledgment

By registering, purchasing, submitting payment, signing agreements, or accessing any Bed2Bread™ materials, you acknowledge that you:

Have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
Understand that, apart from the 7-day guarantee on the VIP Ticket and the Script Pack & Encore Bundle, all sales are final
Understand the Golden Key is time-limited and has no cash value
Understand deposit payments are non-refundable
Understand deposits do not guarantee immediate access
Agree to complete required onboarding steps
Agree to ID verification requirements where applicable
Agree to respect all intellectual property rights
Agree to all payment obligations and community rules
Agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, scrape content, or interfere with platform functionality
